Equipment Reliability and Productivity Assessment Standards

This 2 day overview seminar will help attendees understand reliability and productivity discipline and in turn to help them achieve world-class reliability and productivity goals. Focus is also placed on SEMI standards E10, E79 and E116, and how these standards support and determine equipment reliability and productivity.

This seminar is a high-level overview of equipment reliability and productivity. The seminar is designed to teach the essentials of equipment reliability and productivity without delving deeply into mathematical theory. This seminar will cover basic definitions, metrics and a four-step process to better reliability throughout the equipment life-cycle phases including testing.
