Definition
Power integrity is the ability of a power delivery network to provide stable supply voltage and current within required limits despite resistive drop, impedance, noise, and changing load demand.
Application
Used in IC, package, and PCB analysis to identify IR drop, supply noise, resonances, and transient droop that can reduce timing margin or functional reliability.
